My short review follows I found my drug of choice and it is the first two books of The Way of the Shaman The endMy long review Thanks to a decision made by Mahan in the very beginning he ended up in a middle of nowhere In this case it was a border village situated right where the uncharted territories beginHe was supposed to stay in that village for several months before he was allowed to go anywhere in the gameworld Checking the game guide and forums Mahan thought this was as unexciting place as it could possibly be no uests no enemies no opportunities to level up This only shows how little he knew Sufficient to say he found all the excitement he wanted and much I do not want to spoil anything but it is safe to say Mahan was never bored When I finished the first book I thought it was great This one was better I did not like the way this book ended the last chapter to be exact but the rest of it blows first one away For example there was no women in the first book which is fine considering it takes part entirely in a prison colonyThis one has plenty of them kick ass type included Please note that LitRPG does not appeal to lots of people Such people should ignore my praise these books are not for you From my side I do not read too many LitRPG books but out of what I read so far this series is the best hands down There is an opinion that starting from the next book the series go downhill and fast I have no idea but I will start on the next installment as soon as I can In any way people that love LitRPG should definitely check this series yesterday People that have not idea what this genre is try it and see if you like it My rating is 5 stars

Summary ↠ PDF, eBook or Kindle ePUB free ¹ Vasily Mahanenko Vasily Mahanenko ¹ 5 Summary Summary The Kartoss Gambit The Way of the Shaman #2 ç PDF, eBook or Kindle ePUB free Rsuit of easy moneyIt doesn't take long for the game developers to discover a source of free labor real world prison convicts While their bodies are locked in special auto maintenance virtual capsules the prisoners' minds are released into Barl. Rating 40 stars I thought this was a very good book that built on the previous book but at the same time changed a lot of the rules Since Man is now in the game and not at the prison mine there is no level limit to his character of 13 Also there are a lot uests and ways to get experience So while it took him forever to gain experience and levels in the mine the rate he was able to gain experience in the main game was incredible We also find out about being a shaman Part of the story that I kind of liked that was much different from other LitRPG books is the inclusion of Man using his intuition The Shamans all tell Man to trust his feelings and not to do what he thinks is the right thing to do but what he feels as the right thing to do Now he is in a virtual reality world so I don t know how a game could be programed to understand intuition I can see how another reader might find this annoying as it does not make a lot of sense It makes me wonder if there is something else going on Man finds himself at the center of a lot of change Things that have never happened to anyone else before seem to happen to him all the time If I read all the books and find out there was nothing to this aspect of the story and it was just a coincidence I might be a little annoyed As it stands now though I am just interested to see where it goes Things like how at his low level is he able create such epic items with his crafting There is almost a spiritual aspect to the story spiritual might not be the correct word faith in self belief in purpose It is hard to describe but I do like it At the same time the character uses his intuition he also uses his head There are good explanations on his problem solving skills There were sometimes he was kind of slow on the uptake when events were happening but overall I really enjoyed his problem solving ability and his inner fight between his head and his heart Very enjoyable story and I can t wait to listen to the next audiobook
