Okay I dithered about the rating and ended up going with the two stars instead of three but again after reading this novella I was left with a vague sense of disappointment rather than the deep sigh of satisfaction I know we like our characters to be flawed but I have read than one book in recent months where the heroine is so clumsy they really shouldn t be allowed to get out of bed or their chair This one was constantly being caught mid flight towards a face first landing on the floor by whoever happened to be in the room with her And she didn t seem to need much by way of a hazard to send her full tilt towards the floor eitherIt failed to be endearing and actually made me feel uite impatient with her which was a vast pity because there were some good things about the story but every time I was starting to feel better about the story there she went flying face first towards the floor again and the feeling good moment was shattered againAnother thing that seriously jarred with me was the engagement that had spanned a few years Excuse me Didn t the author remember the mother she gave this girl That woman would have marched him up the aisle at gunpoint before the ink was dry on the marriage settlement agreement And then there s Grace again Grace who seems to do nothing else in life except flit from one friend s house to another s never doing anything for anyone else or in any way contributing to the lives of those around her She just does nothing Though I suppose if you fling yourself face first at the floor every time you stand up you probably should sit around doing nothingThe girlfriends okay so after this very long engagement this very wealthy titled suitor breaks off the engagement and disappears apparently without reason The author could have handled this better for both the reader and her heroine Nonetheless when Stephen the hero does return the heroine s friends close ranks around Grace and conveniently forget that that man stoody by her was always there to catch her when she fell literally and hung around for three or years with that diabolical woman who was destined to be his mother in law and none of these good friends gave him any credit for thatJosephine finally fave him the benefit of the doubt first time I actually liked herThere were too many loose ends left dangling when the story ended and not in the there s going to be a seuel way eitherAfter reading the book I really did not like the heroine being named Grace Dragon's Bride ended up going with the two stars instead of three but again after reading this novella I was left with a vague sense of disappointment rather than the deep sigh of satisfaction I know we like our characters to be flawed but I have read than one book in recent months where the heroine is so clumsy they really shouldn t be allowed to get out of bed or their chair This one was constantly being caught mid flight towards a face first landing on the floor by whoever happened to be in the room with her And she didn t seem to need much by way of a hazard to send her full tilt towards the floor Absolute Banking English eitherIt failed to be Jewish Life engagement that had spanned a few years Excuse me Didn t the author remember the mother she gave this girl That woman would have marched him up the aisle at gunpoint before the ink was dry on the marriage settlement agreement And then there s Grace again Grace who seems to do nothing Sex Toys 101 A Playfully Uninhibited Guide else in life The Joy in Business except flit from one friend s house to another s never doing anything for anyone Stuffed else or in any way contributing to the lives of those around her She just does nothing Though I suppose if you fling yourself face first at the floor Cotas Claim every time you stand up you probably should sit around doing nothingThe girlfriends okay so after this very long The Captured Princess engagement this very wealthy titled suitor breaks off the Pamięć brzemię i uwolnienie Niemcy wobec nazistowskiej przeszłości 1945 2010 engagement and disappears apparently without reason The author could have handled this better for both the reader and her heroine Nonetheless when Stephen the hero does return the heroine s friends close ranks around Grace and conveniently forget that that man stoody by her was always there to catch her when she fell literally and hung around for three or years with that diabolical woman who was destined to be his mother in law and none of these good friends gave him any credit for thatJosephine finally fave him the benefit of the doubt first time I actually liked herThere were too many loose Fakers Forgers Phoneys Famous Scams and Scamps ends left dangling when the story Hearing the Voice of People with Dementia ended and not in the there s going to be a seuel way

A Gentle Grace Wedded Women uartet #4 Free read Ö PDF, DOC, TXT, eBook or Kindle ePUB free Lady Grace Deringer has loved Lord Stephen Melbourne Earl of Terraview almost from the first moment they met She thought he returned her feelings but when he disappears mere weeks before their wedding she is left heart broken and disillusioned How could she have been so. 25The last book ended with Grace receiving a Dear John letter from Stephen her fiancee of 3 years and love of her life She starts the book 3 months later still uite devastated but determined thanks to the bolstering of her friends to move on with her life Only Stephen chooses to come back that very evening and surprises her at the ball Stephen had good reasons for letting Grace go but is reluctant to share those reasons and Grace is eually reluctant to hear them preferring to hold on to her anger and make him suffer But neither of them is happy with this arrangement so Grace takes a chance and finally hears him out to see if they can have a future togetherI ll admit this was kinda tough to get through For some reason despite being a pretty short book it felt really long I think it might be the endless drama without it really going anywhere It felt like they kept going back and forth from wanting to be together to letting it go to wanting to be back together and the characters didn t really grow or learn much I m not sure the flashback scenes really helped with driving the story forward eitherGrace was an uber dramatic woman constantly crying and whining but I get it She d been hurt beyond belief I just wish she d stuck to her guns and made him grovel or somethingbut she kept going to her friends and her mother who gave the most HORRID advice Right off the bat they re telling her to forgive him chase him down and that he did what he did to protect her never mind that she claimed that all of her anger was because he didn t trust her with his reason couldn t he have done both in this case And despite her token backbone moments Grace was perfectly happy to take their advice and become a doormat Stephen was pretty mopey and I appreciate that he knew what he d done but he didn t debase himself uite enough Not given the magnitude of his sins I also had to wonderhow is it that these two loved each other SO much but 3 years after getting engaged they still hadn t married Seeing how much chemistry they had after their first kiss leads the reader to believe they wouldn t be able to keep their hands off each otherand yet in those 3 years they d only made love and very tenderly too twice I should think that with their intense feelings for one another they would have pushed for a slightly shorter engagementjust saying
